Welcome to NHS Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale Talking Therapies - your mental health and wellbeing service.We provide support to people over the age of 16 years who are registered with a GP in the Heywood, Middleton and Rochdale areas.Talking Therapies can help you with issues that might be affecting your wellbeing, such as money worries, relationship issues, substance misuse and social isolation.We also provide and provide support for common mental health conditions, such as anxiety or depression, including: counselling, cognitive behavioural therapy, or guided online therapy.The service is delivered by a range of professionals including therapists and counsellors, who will find the support that is right for you. This could be a group workshop, an online or telephone based course of self-help treatment, or an individual therapy session.If, for any reason, our service isn’t right for you, we will make sure that you see the right professional for your situation and get the support you need with the community.To help us put you in touch with the team who can give you the support you need, please complete the form below.Please note: this service is unlikely to be suitable for you if you are at immediate or imminent risk to yourself or others.
