Tameside and Glossop SilverCloud

The Talking Therapies service is for people over the age of 16 years, who are registered with a GP in the Tameside and Glossop areas.

We offer support and treatment for those who are experiencing symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, low mood / depression, stress, worry or anxiety, feelings of hopelessness or panic attacks.

The service can also help those dealing with the effects of a long-term health problem or chronic pain, Post Natal Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, phobias, or disordered eating.

We also offer specialist treatment such as EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and IPT (Interpersonal Therapy)



The Talking Therapies Service in Tameside & Glossop is a NON-URGENT Psychological Therapy service for mild to moderate mental health difficulties.

If there is immediate and /or significant risk, a GP referral to the RAID service is required.
