Healthy Minds - GuernseyHealthy Minds offers short-term therapeutic interventions for people over the age of 18 years, registered with a Guernsey GP, who are experiencing symptoms such as difficulty sleeping, low mood / depression, stress, worry, anxiety or panic attacks.The primary aim of the service is to enable people to learn healthier coping strategies to improve their wellbeing and to manage their difficulties themselves. The service is delivered by psychological therapists who will find the treatment that is right for you. This could be by increasing coping skills via classes, online courses, guided self help or short term individual therapy.If you are currently receiving treatment from the Oberlands Centre or any therapist, please speak to your professional before completing this self-referral form.Please be aware that our service is unlikely to be suitable for you if you are at immediate or imminent risk to yourself or others. If you need urgent crisis support, please contact your GP or attend the Emergency Department at the PEH. You can also telephone the Samaritans on 116 123.The planned first contact will be via text message.Please note all fields marked with * are mandatory. If you have no email address or mobile number, please contact us on 01481 227744 where we are able to send you out a self-referral form in the post to complete and return to us in the self addressed envelope provided.
